CakeQuote Studio is a software product operated by TaktTrace. These terms apply to cakequotestudio.com and the CakeQuote Studio application. Contact [email protected] with questions.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use CakeQuote Studio lawfully. Do not access another person's account without permission, interfere with the service, or enter content that violates another person's rights.

CakeQuote Studio calculates estimates from the information you enter. Check amounts, units, working time and the final price before sharing or relying on a quote. Examples are illustrative and do not establish market prices or expected earnings.

You are responsible for your prices, customer agreements, taxes and business obligations. The service does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice or guarantee a profit. Reported profit depends on the costs you record and is not a tax return calculation.

You retain ownership of the recipes, ingredient information, quotes and other content you enter. You allow TaktTrace to store and process that content to provide, maintain and secure the service. Only enter customer information you have a lawful reason to use.

Keep copies of records you need for your business. Issued quotes preserve the recorded values, but that feature does not replace your recordkeeping obligations. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

The public beta is free. You do not need to provide payment details, and beta access will not automatically become a paid subscription. If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing interval, applicable taxes and refund and cancellation terms will be shown before you choose to subscribe.

Features may change during beta, and interruptions or errors can occur. Any future paid offer will require a separate choice to purchase.

You can stop using the free beta at any time. Email [email protected] to request account closure or deletion of saved information. There is currently no self-service account deletion control. Requests are reviewed to verify ownership and address any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security problems or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Massachusetts law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise or preserves mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction. We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide any notice required by law.
