Refunds and Cancellation

The public CakeQuote Studio beta is free. There is no paid beta subscription to cancel and no beta payment to refund. Payment details are not required for public beta access.

You can stop using the beta at any time. If you want your account closed or saved information deleted, email [email protected]. Stopping use does not automatically delete your records. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.

Beta access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Before you choose any future paid plan, its pricing, renewal terms, cancellation steps and refund policy will be provided. No paid subscription or refund guarantee is currently offered to the public.

If you believe you were charged for CakeQuote Studio, contact [email protected] so we can investigate. Include the charge date, amount and statement description. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or security codes.
